Welcome to Do It Yourself fan fiction. Round robin storytelling crossbred with multiverse theory (nosebleeds optional). The ability for true, actual, full-on PWP...because I challenge anyone to keep the plot cohesive once these things get rolling. Trust me, it'll be fun.

For all of those who've thought of a good bit of dialogue, a poigniant scene, a really funny couple of sentences but can't put a whole story around it to save our lives, our day has arrived.

How do you read these things?
Just start reading, choosing an option at the end of each chapter. Each option will lead you to a completely different story.

How do I add a chapter?
When a page comes up reading "Your Turn!!!", you get to add a chapter. Just add in your two bits. Keep additions somewhere between 20 words and 300 words.

If I don't know what the next person's going to write, how can I set options?
That is the tricky bit. We'll all just have to get creative. You can type in the first few words of a sentence, a direction, or even just a plain and simple "option one" and "option two". It's all your choice.

This isn't going to have much of a proper plot or pacing, is it?
No, it's not. Think of this as round-robin storytelling hopped up on sugars. Since each different option will sprout off a new story, this is going to be more chaotic than the worst time-travel episode B&B have inflicted upon us. Some of the 'stories' will be fairly uneven. Some will stink on ice. Some may leave you gasping with laughter. And — who knows — we may surprise ourselves and come up with something incredibly good completely by accident.

Which seems to be how B&B achieved the better stories in Enterprise's first and second years. ( Except that we don't have the acting-interpretive talents of Connor or Dominic. )

Okay, enough of my drivel. Onward

Thanks to everyone who's participated so far. All the storylines are great!

Don't be shy! Write more chapters! Tell your friends to stop by and add their scenes.

Let's keep this going!

This story is doing really well, so I think I might add a few chapters. It's kind of hard to resist when I see such great entries. One of my favourites has to be Jealousy by Gobbledegook. Great stuff. One question though...how am I supposed to 'follow these acts' so to speak? lol. I'll try my best.
